Astral Curve Privacy Policy

Effective September 19, 2026

This policy covers the Astral Curve app for iPhone and iPad, published by Kent Fenwick / Jamma Games.

Your game stays on your device

Astral Curve doesn't require an account and doesn't send your gameplay, initials, save files, preferences, or scores to us. The app stores those details locally so you can resume a game and keep your settings. It doesn't include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and it doesn't track you across apps or websites.

Local saves and preferences

Your three-letter initials, character, paddle, difficulty, progress, scores, and sound preferences are saved on your device. You can erase individual game slots from the session screen. Deleting the app removes its local data. Apple device backups may include app data according to your device settings; Astral Curve doesn't operate its own cloud backup or sync service.

External websites and promotional scenes

The app includes promotional Runner scenes and optional links to runner.now. The scenes are local simulations. They don't create accounts, run real workflows, contact customers, or make model API calls. If you choose to open a link, the website opens outside the app and its own privacy policy applies. Astral Curve doesn't attach your saved game information to those links.

Support and beta feedback

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. Please send only information needed for support. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address below, subject to any records we need to retain by law.

If you use TestFlight or choose to share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may provide crash reports and feedback under its own settings and privacy policies. This is separate from the app's local game storage.

Children

The app doesn't ask players for their real names, contact details, or account information. The same local-only handling of game data applies to all players.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the app's data practices change. For privacy questions, email kent.fenwick@gmail.com.
